1. Who is responsible. Orousal LLC (“Orousal”) runs orousal.com. Privacy questions: privacy@orousal.com, 304 S Jones Blvd. Suite 7737, Las Vegas, NV 89107.
2. What we collect.
- Account details: email address, username, password (stored scrambled, never readable), and settings.
- Age verification result: Our age-verification provider tells us whether you passed, with a transaction reference and timestamp. We do not receive or store your ID document or face images.
- Chat and activity: the messages you send and receive, the text of voice messages you record (your recording is sent to our AI service provider to be turned into text, then deleted; we never keep it), your saved conversation history (which is how characters remember what you talked about), your purchases, your library and your credit balance.
- Orders and payments: order records, amounts, and the billing details your payment processor shares with us (such as the last four digits of a card and billing country). We never see or store your full card number.
- Delivery records: what content was delivered to your account, and when.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies (see our Cookie Notice).
- Support messages you send us, including to the support assistant.
3. Sensitive information. Chats on Orousal may reveal details about your sexual interests, relationships and personal life. This can count as sensitive information under some state laws. By using chat you consent to us processing what you write in order to provide the service. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.
4. How we use information. To run your account and chat; deliver purchases; process payments; keep characters consistent through memory; detect fraud, abuse and illegal content; enforce our rules; answer support requests; resolve payment disputes using delivery records; improve the service and character quality; and comply with the law.
5. Who we share it with. Only the service providers we need, under agreements that limit their use of your data:

We may also share information when required by law, to protect safety, to respond to a payment dispute, or in a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
6. Keeping your information separate. Our chat system stores your conversations under a random customer ID, not your name or email. Your email and billing details are held in the website and payment systems.
7. How long we keep it. Account and chat data while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise chat data within 30 days. Backup copies are kept for up to 8 weeks and then deleted, so deleted data may remain in a backup until then. The audio of characters’ voice messages is deleted after 30 days; the text stays in your conversation. We keep order, delivery and payment records for 7 years to meet tax law and to defend payment disputes. We keep safety records of flagged conversations for 24 months.
8. Your choices and rights. You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, and to close your account, by emailing privacy@orousal.com or using the Help button on any page. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia and other states), you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling, to withdraw consent for sensitive data, and to appeal our decision. We will not treat you worse for using these rights. We respond within 45 days.
9. Security. We use encrypted connections, expiring links for content, access controls, and daily backups. No system is perfectly secure; if there is a breach affecting you, we will tell you as the law requires.

11. Children. Orousal is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used Orousal, email abuse@orousal.com and we will remove the account.
12. International visitors. Orousal is operated from the United States. You may not use Orousal anywhere it is illegal to do so.
13. Changes. We will post updates here with a new date, and tell you about material changes.
